I recently visited Costa and had the pleasure of being served by Lavinia and Hafsah, and I must say, they made my day! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine friendliness truly stood out. Lavinia greeted me with a radiant smile and an uplifting energy that set a positive tone for my visit. She was efficient yet personable, taking the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her attention to detail and passion for her work were evident in the care she put into every step. Hafsah was equally amazing, demonstrating excellent teamwork and customer care. She was not only quick and organized but also took a moment to engage in a friendly chat, making me feel valued as a customer. Her calm demeanor and dedication to quality were apparent, and my drink was absolutely perfect! Together, Lavinia and Hafsah created such a welcoming atmosphere that I’ll definitely be returning. Coffee and atmosphere is kind of Ok. Has been decorated with Christmas tree which looks nice, but the wait is always long - incredibly slow service. This can be considered for a change. Expect to wait for long for coffee - so I Should say definitely not the place to pick up a ‘quick’ coffee on the go
